This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. My apartment is a very beautiful and bright place right in the centre of Stora Essingen - an city island that belongs to the area of Kungsholmen. It is on the top floor on the corner of the building with mostly families with children as neighbour. The afternoon/evening sun will mesmerize you in the living room and kitchen and in the morning through the bedroom windows. Stora Essingen is sometimes called the Sthlm French qvarter due to the large inhabitants of French & the French school here...

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

Naturnära stuga – endast 100 meter till sjön!

Mysig liten stuga i enklare standard med sjöutsikt – endast ca 100 meter till småbåtsbrygga med badmöjlighet i sjön ’Orlången’. Stugan har två uteplatser och fri parkeringsplats för två bilar. Cirka 22 minuter med bil från centrala Stockholm finner du Vidja som erbjuder ett svårslaget lugn med fågelkvitter, badsjöar och naturreservat runt knuten. OBS! Ombyggnationer av vägar pågår i hela närområdet. Byggtrafik kan förekomma under dagtid måndag–fredag (07.00-16.00)
