A stone and wooden house with turfroof situated on a hillside. A very quiet place with only sheep, birds and green grass as far as the eye can see. Right infront of the house is the Northatlantic ocean. There are no neighbors. Ideal for someone looking for a quiet tranquil accommodation. The house was built in 2010 with an old traditional Faroese style. It has 1 bedrooms, a toilet, kitchen and a living room, all with a fantastic view.

Denne særlige bolig er meget velisoleret og varm, og den er udstyret med gulvvarme , sum er meget behageligt og varmt i kolde temperaturer. Den ligger tæt på havet og for enden af en blind vej. The cottage stands very close to the sea with a view of the fjord, the nearby marina and Torshavn. The house's unique location makes it possible to observe a varied wildlife of seabirds, some seals, fishing boats, cruise liners and container ships up close. This small house has two floors. The kitchen and living room are combined in one room on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom are on the 1. Floor.

Lejligheden er renoveret og bliver opvarmet med Grøn Energi (luft til vand) og har en meget god udsigt, med mulighed at bruge en stor terasse, der man har udsigt til fire øer, lejligheden ligger centralt imellem lufthavnen ogThorshavn, har god gåafstand til Trælanýpa og Trøllkonufingur. Gásadalur/Múlafossur ligger på øen og ruteforbindelse til Mýkines. Der er gode muligheder for parkering.

We renovated this old boathouse recently. There is a rowingboat available as well. It is the family’s boat. The house offers you a peacefull sanctuary to collect your thoughts. 5 minutes walking distance to groceryshopping. Bus stop to the rest of the island is oposite the house as well. There is a bed for two people and a couch that also can fit two people
