The fresh renovated holiday apartment is centrally located in the town of Farchant, 4km from the center of Garmisch. The train station, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Various hiking opportunities, cycling tours and cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The Garmisch Classic & Zugspitze ski areas can be reached by car, bus or train. Guests of Lenz holiday apartment receive a 20% discount on ski rental at Sprenzel ski school in Garmisch.

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Everything you need is there, including towels and bed linen.

Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in Garmisch-Partenkirchen im Ortsteil Burgrain direkt am Golfplatz und zeichnet sich durch die ruhige Lage sowie einem traumhaften Blick auf die Alpen aus. Die Wohnung wurde 2021 neu renoviert und verfügt über ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein kleines Bad mit Dusche. Sie bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse können Sie verweilen und im Sommer auch grillen.
