A stone's throw from Bella Center conference venue, and metrostation, taking you into town in just 12 min. Designed by renowned Danish architect, Bjarke Ingels, you can look forward to a spacious (116 sqm) open apartment, with an abundance of natural light, an impressive view, and where comfort, quality and coziness go hand in hand. An 8 min. taxi from the airport, or 15 min. by train, you'll soon find - and feel - yourselves at home. Scandi minimalism, Danish design with plenty of "hygge".

Boligen er totalt nyistandsat, alt inventar er nyt. En stue med vinduer mod den brostens belagte gård, med grønne træer, privat cykel parkering (til 2 cykler) og privat soveværelse med udgang til haven. I stuen en ny sovesofa og en dedikeret arbejdsplads. Lejligheden er egnet til den lille familie, eller 3 "gode" venner.

Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.

Sluseholmen er tæt på det meste. På 15 minutter med bus eller metro, er du på Rådhuspladsen/Tivoli. Med bil er der kun 5 min til Bella Center og kun 10 min til lufthavnen. Der er mulighed for både færgebus og metro fra lejligheden ind til centrum. Sluseholmen er en hyggelig lille by lidt uden for byen.
