The Annexe is a lovely, well-equipped self-contained suite of rooms, comprising a spacious, comfortable sitting/breakfast room, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room, in a private part of our house. It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

The Rockery - 1 Bedroom guest suite

The Rockery is a stylish self contained 1 bedroom guest suite with a walk-in shower and essential kitchen amenities eg, small fridge freezer, combi microwave oven, kettle and toaster. There is free parking, access to a light and airy conservatory and a decked garden perfect for relaxing in the sun. Portreath beach is located 4 miles away, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well as great travel links to the rest of Cornwall. There can be some noise from a recycling centre opposite

The Shed

A self contained garage conversion comprising of - Bedroom (double bed), bathroom, cosy living space with log burner. Kitchen area with hob (NO OVEN), Air fryer, fridge, kettle and microwave. Tea/coffee/milk and some breakfast items (bread/cereals) are provided. As are towels and bedding, toilet roll & hand soap. Outside sitting area with countryside views. 5 minutes walk to coast path. Quaint village pub with beautiful sea views within walking distance. Unfortunately we do not allow any pets.

Comfortable guest suite near Penryn, sleeps 4

Set in a rural area just outside Penryn, our comfortable guest suite is on the first floor of our home. We are conveniently located between Falmouth and Truro. The accommodation provides plenty of space and can accommodate up to 4 people (king size bed plus a sofa bed). There is no kitchen, but a kettle, toaster and microwave are available. Guests will have their own key (accessible in a lockbox) and have their own entrance to the guest suite. There is plenty of parking available for guests.

'The Artist's Loft' Amazing Sea and Harbour Views

'The Artist's Loft' is fully self-contained and has been beautifully restored by Maria and Terry. It has its own kitchen, bath/shower and w.c. From our balcony window you can enjoy unique views into Newlyn harbour and the whole of Mounts Bay, including St Michael's Mount. There's lots to explore in Newlyn, and a leisurely 20 minute stroll along 'The Prom' takes you to the famous Jubilee Pool, another 5 minutes and you've arrived at Penzance Harbour with it's quay-side shops and restaurants.

Cosy nook is a bijou detached, en suite double bedroom suite at the rear of a private residential property. Excellent quiet location a 2 minute stroll from Truro station. A short walk into the beautiful city Truro. Excellent choice for business or pleasure . Cosy Nook is located via a private gate with self check in and check out. Stylish & well decorated Superfast wifi, microwave, coffee machine, breakfast items, kettle & TV. On street digital permit parking available. Quiet & peaceful.

Seascape apartment is on the cliff edge adjacent to the coast path with arguably the best views over Mevagissey and the bay. Secure parking on the property without driving into the narrow streets and a short walk down to the village. Exclusive, private use of lounge/dining room and balcony. A self contained annex within our property(building) for 2 adult guests. ( unsuitable for children or infants) Accessed via a separate, private entrance. There is free on street parking outside. You have use of private part of terrace overlooking stunning sea and beach views. It is located with a few minutes walk via a beautiful wooded valley to the beach. The soft sands are within 10 mins. Perfect for access to coastal path which takes you to St Ives ( approximately 20-25 min walk).
