Located 6 miles from downtown Logan and about 25 minutes from all of the Hocking Hills State Parks. You are surrounded by wooded area so you have plenty of privacy. Back deck overlooks a ravine where you may see deer and other wildlife. Must be at least 21 years of age to rent this facility.

Welcome to The Lookout at Buckeye Lake! We stumbled upon this cozy cottage in the summer of 2018 and spent the next 12 months renovating the dream Buckeye Lake getaway. Our first project was an off-grid cabin featured on DIY Network’s Building Off The Grid. We took inspiration from that design to transform The Lookout into the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the lake. Located just 3 miles off I70, and walking distance to neighborhood favorite Papa Boos.

Hiltop Haven: The Double Stack

Don't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to stay in a modern renovated shipping container with unbelievable views of Hocking Hills. This secluded container sits on over 14 acres and is shared with only one other container, so guests can connect with nature and enjoy the wonder that Hocking Hills has to offer. As with most of hocking hills, our properties are on well water. While we do have a filtration system, it is not the same as city water.

Within minutes of Hocking Hills, Rockbridge, Clear Creek Metro-Park, and endless other outdoor options for hiking, canoeing, fishing, boating, biking, etc. Shop at the local venues and eat at the restaurants, wineries and breweries in nearby Logan. The property borders the Buckeye Trail.
