The living room has a couch, 2 rocking/swivel chairs & 2 wicker chairs w/ folding chairs for additional kitchen table seating. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal & several coffee making options. For outdoor cooking there is a Blackstone Griddle & PK charcoal grill. The dining area can seat 6-8 people. The deck is the perfect spot to relax & bird watch.

This cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath home + loft is located on the water at Greer's Ferry Lake in Higden. The pathway to the water has a beautiful view and a great place to jump in the lake or drop a fishing line. Water equipment provided for guests includes 2 kayaks with paddles and more. This lake house has 2 king lakeview rooms with new hybrid mattresses. The twin room has a new memory foam mattress that pulls out to make a King. The loft has a Queen mattress. Electric fireplace & updated kitchen.
