Magical Treehouse with Hot Tub

This beautifully designed tree house is perfect for your romantic getaway. Designed by "Treehouse Masters" Pete Nelson, this build is packed with tons of architectural whimsy.The treehouse has a queen sized bed upstairs that is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a kitchenette with a keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, mini fridge and hot plate. There is no running water in the treehouse so there a gray water system for the sink. The treehouse is located in Fairbanks.

Soak in the back yard hot tub, or access a beautiful winter-river trail to enjoy walks, snow shoe hikes, or ski in and out. Summer time Chena River access allows you to fish for pike, Arctic grayling and sheefish, or paddle board & float the river (summer).

Wilderness and Aurora views close to town - A charming cedar shake house perched on a bluff overlooking the Tanana River with a view of the Alaska Range mountains and northern lights when the weather permits. About 2000 square feet with 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed. Maximum occupancy in winter is 5 people if one person is willing to sleep on the very comfortable couch. Aurora viewable from within house if weather and aurora activity cooperate.
