Set in the grounds of the 17th century country house, Middleton Hall, this beautiful, recently refurbished 4 bedroom country cottage is perfect to explore Derbyshire and surrounding areas. In the heart of Stoney Middleton, nestled in a peaceful courtyard setting, you’ll find yourself in the perfect location for walking, climbing, cycling or relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Peak District. Chatsworth House and Bakewell being a short drive away with doorstep walks to many picturesque locations.

Days spent out exploring in the beautiful Peak District, evenings in, warm, comfortable and unhurried.

This two bed cottage is in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views. Walk through fields onto a footpath down to the picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Please note - bathroom refurbishment completed March 2026. The Coach House will still offer one full family bathroom for guests to share (with sink, loo, shower-over-bath). The new en-suite ‘dressing room’ will contain a sink, toilet and vanity area but it no longer has a separate shower.

Nestled in the centre of Eyam, this spacious cottage is steps from the Miner's Arms, Eyam Hall, 3 local cafés, a museum and local shop. Once part of Eyam's historic pinfold farm, the Captain's House is now a beautiful family home, which perfectly intertwines history with modern luxury. Outside is a courtyard garden which sits on top of an underground river.

A truly delightful, mid terraced, natural stone-built cottage in the picturesque village of Great Longstone in the Peak District. Oak floors and exposed stone walls add to the character of this cottage, added to that the wood burner to curl up by after a day exploring this beautiful part of the country. The pretty village of Great Longstone is set in a wonderful location in the heart of the Peak District National Park, flanked by Longstone Edge, with Bakewell and Chatsworth House close by.

Located in the picturesque village of Foolow in the centre of the Peak District National Park. Foolow (originally "la foulowe" - 1284) meaning a hill frequented by birds, is one of the hidden gems of the Peak District. Within easy travel to many Peak District attractions and walks. We warmly welcome well behaved doggies.

Rokeby Cottage has recently been refurbished to provide a comfortable relaxing stay any time of the year. Nestled within the Hope Valley, Hathersage offers exceptional walks from the front door ranging from circular 3 mile strolls to all-day hikes. Rokeby Cottage is a 5 minute walk from the village centre which hosts a great range of excellent pubs, cafes and shops.

Set in this historical village of Eyam within Hope valley, this 3 bedroom cottage, with multifuel log burner and fully equipped kitchen, is the ideal retreat for a relaxing break or provides the base from which to explore the many beautiful gems the peak district has to offer. Within 7 miles is Chatsworth house and Bakewell although Eyam itself is steeped in history and great walks. A fantastic setting and central to all.
