This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

'The Grange' has its very own private 34 ft heated swimming pool (year round) in the garden only a minute's walk from the house. Guests are welcome to swim as much as they like! Year round water temp 28 degrees. On a third of a mile long private driveway. A huge garden including a mature orchard, outdoor decked dining area, patio seating area and firepit grill. The farm won a 'Most Beautiful Farm' award at the House of Lords. Working farm, see and feed calves, fruit pick and see our beehives.

Our little cottage is known as 'the cottage with the little pink kitchen'. Our home is colourful, fun & the perfect waterside getaway for chill time, cosy home comforts and evening dinners out only a stroll away. We are only metres away from the water, The Salutation Inn, local pubs & shops. The Exmouth Walking trail is all outside the front door. Or, just enjoy the free-standing bath or an evening BBQ, with Topsham's many independent little shops a few metres away. Note; has steep stairs.

The Pound House is a self contained two bedroom converted 19th Century barn in the idyllic, rural, and peaceful valley of Blagdon in South Devon. Blagdon is nestled in a a beautiful South Devon Valley betwixt the moors and the sea with easy access to local attractions and tourist areas. Only 3 miles away from the English Riviera Coast and the historic town of Totnes, with its excellent range of independent shops and restaurants.

Set within the grounds of our old rectory, the Coach House provides a wonderful retreat near to the East Devon coast. We provide a high standard of accommodation perfect for families, with a King-size bed in one room and 2 single beds in the second bedroom. Relax in the cosy and modern living area with fast WiFi. Those who are staying in the Coach House are welcome to have a swim in our heated pool each day (mid May - mid Sept)
