Beautiful tiny house with all of the amenities. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Bathroom with bathtub. Queen-sized bed in sleeping loft accessible via stairs. Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. An elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sqft space has a desk/chair TV sofa bed w/2 ottomans twin bed bathroom kitchenette & closet. The M is located next to the carport. The end of the driveway has parking directly outside the door of The M on the right side of the red bud tree. The M will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Located behind our house and a block’s walk to over 13 miles of paved bike paths along the beautiful Willamette River, this charming, exquisitely remodeled country cottage, has a classy rustic vibe. Just a 5 min. walk to Toxic Burger, Countryside Pizza, Twin Dragon and a bicycle rental shop, 5 min. drive to a couple local breweries/eateries & just a short drive to downtown and UO.
