Stay in this beautiful South University apartment. The location is fabulous- charming neighborhood with Either driveway (when available) or on street parking. Only five blocks from the University of Oregon, we’re located on the bike path. Close to restaurants, shops, and downtown. Very clean and light, this apartment includes a master bedroom with one queen bed and bedding, full bath with tub, comfortable living room with Futon couch that can be set up for additional guests. There is a smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home – full stove/oven, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Small dining nook with table and 4chairs. The apartment has a private outside stairway entrance and its own small deck and adirondack chairs. Bright and airy with high ceilings, and lots of windows. Includes stacked washer/dryer. Children welcome. So many great restaurants within walking distance! The apartment is one block away from Sundance natural food market, Humble Bagel, Humble Beagle Pub, Allan Bros. Coffee, an Indian restaurant and burrito shop. Also within walking distance of 19th St. McMenamin’s Pub, Prince Puckler’s ice cream, Eugene City Bakery, Bepe & Gianni’s Italian Restaurant, Agate Alley and Studio One Café. Amazon running/biking trails and public pool are all just blocks away. Bicycle rental nearby. The apartment is above a large Craftsman style house- which is where we, your hosts, live. We are available at all times, but respect your privacy. The apartment is a self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at any time. PAYMENT by airbnb website service prior to arrival. CLEANING FEE - $40 cash pays for cleaning of loft prior to your arrival. PARKING – street parking available. Just let us know ahead of time and we will have parking pass ready free of charge. The apartment has its own locked entrance, and keys to both doors . Please note that the space is accessible only by stairs and is not handicap accessible.

This studio is walking distance to the University of Oregon, the Hult & Shedd Performing Arts Centers, The Jazz Station & Downtown Eugene. Eugene full of character, eateries and entertainment. The attached studio has a separate entrance, a kitchenette & outdoor patio. The main bed is a queen and the second is a twin that is a futon love seat with ottoman. If there is a third person it would be best to be a small child. The space is small and is best for 1-2 people.
