This 32 m2 former Mustjala church sauna-washhouse has been renovated maintaining original archailism and minimalism. The perfect place to be on your own, for spiritual exercises or for creative work. The property has a separate entrance, views of the garden and the church park. The sauna and shower room are located in a separate outbuilding. Suitable for you if you appreciate peace and do not need external entertainment. Heating the sauna, rent of bicycles and breakfast by separate arrangement.

Your booking includes three buildings, with beds for nine in two of them. The manor dates from 1906. Beside the natural swimming pool stands the White Swan, a glass pavilion with the estate's best kitchen and a pizza oven. The Black Swan spa house sits over its own pond. Cozy River House with a view of the river and pond is a cosy 50 m2 two-story log cabin. The ground floor has an open-plan kitchen, a large corner sofa bed and a shower. The first floor has a common-purpose room with three separate beds and a bedroom with two beds. The house is suitable for five, but can also accommodate 7, if necessary. The kitchen has an oven, a stove, kitchenware, and a dish washer. The hot tub is available for an additional fee 59€ (01.05 – 31.08 price 79€)

Mother-in-Law's House 4 has a private entrance and sauna and is surrounded by a lovely garden. Breakfast is included. It's within 10 min walking distance from Palmse Manor and Lahemaa National Park Centre. Nearby Ojaäärse forest trail is suitable for hiking, running or cycling. It's 9 km to the beach and 7 km to Lake Viitna. It's possible to rent bicycles. The host is a certified tour guide of Lahemaa NP fluent in English, German and Estonian. Book tours in advance!

A glass house alone in the Võrumaa forest. Ojasaarõ is a private glass-walled spa villa for up to 4 guests — sole use, glass walls, no one to look in. Inside: a kitchenette, a wood-burning fireplace and a double bed facing the forest. Electric HUUM sauna with Saunum ventilation, Himalayan salt and a cold-water bucket. Apartment is completly renovated in high quality in 2018 summer. It has a nice little yard where you can park your car, drink morning coffe or walk your bet. Around 200m perimeter you will find lot of restos/coffes, shops, bars etc. Very popular area and lot is happening around the area all the time. Building itself is not yet renovated, but we are planing to fix that soon.
