Welcome to our 1797 Historic home in the Salem McIntire District. The house is shared with homeowners. The 3RD floor Loft consists of 2 rooms separated by a 1/2 wall. One room has a queen bed and the other has a full bed, Kitchenette, (historic “display” tub) and toilet. The 2ND floor has a full bath/shower, 1 queen bed, LR and laundry. Location walkable to downtown Salem and commuter rail to Boston. Free street parking in front or near house. Very close to restaurants on Boston Street.

This tiny loft apartment is nestled into the back corner of our 1800's home. With a galley kitchenette, main living area/bedroom this sunlit unit is nicknamed the Birdhouse! The unit has one car parking, wifi, laundry, walk in shower, and 50 inch TV, office workspace, kitchenette with microwave, hot plates, and convection oven as well as refrigerator freezer. Located right off of Rt 128 we are in a great location for traveling to Salem, Boston, Cape Ann, and New Hampshire.

Even though the apartment is located on one of the main streets in the heart of MHD, it is very peaceful. This location is close to everything you’d need and is very close to the historic district. We are pet friendly and you’ll find many games, toys and entertainment for you and your fur babies!
