Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Bibliotek og Slotsarkederne er inden for 8 minutters gang. 365 ligger 150 meter fra. Føtex, Jysk og Elgiganten ligger på den anden side af gaden. Der er 5 minutter i bil til svømmehal og Royal stage. Der er en skov lige ved siden af. Der er en udendørs fitness-bane 50 meter fra. Inden for 100 meter: sandkasser, gynger, en multibane til basket og fodbold, flydende platforme til solbadning, legeplads og tæt på skoven.

Fra lejligheden kommer man hurtigt til byens centrum og til metro, hvor du hurtigt kan komme rundt i hele København samt til og fra lufthavnen. Yderligere ligger Amager centeret som tilbyder shopping, café/restaurant og meget mere. Lejligheden ligger nemt til strand, hvor det kan anbefales at gå morgen/aften ture. Lejligheden ligger på øverste sal i ejendommen og til venstre. Der er ingen elevator.

The high roof inside creates a good and spacious feeling making it easy for family and friends to enjoy life together during all times of the year.

Welcome to our charming houseboat Cocoon in Copenhagen. You will have 55 square meters of floating residence full of "hygge" as well as a terrace. The boat is located on the island Holmen, next to Operaen - walking distance to the city centre, Christiania, and Reff'en. There is a grocery store within 5 min by foot. The airport is 15 minutes away by taxi. The boat has a living room with a sofa bed and a mezzanine bed, a kitchen, a separate bed room, an office, and a bath room with shower

I ägarens hus finns tillgång till tvätt/tork, kyl/frys och litet gym. Cyklar finns att låna. Elbilsladdare finns, sek 4/kwh.

Nice, roomy, clean and quiet

We have room for 7 guests in our lovely townhouse with garden and carport. Free WiFi and SmartTv with internet access. The kitchen has everything it takes, and the bathroom has loads of bath towels, shampoo and paper. Fresh bed linen for all guests. Our place is ideal if you visit Copenhagen by car(!). It takes 15 mins to reach City Center and 20 mins to the airport. Enjoy the hectic city during the day and then relax in quiet surroundings in Herlev. Fancy an espresso... or a latte :-)

A lovely, light, modern apartment with a very high ceiling and big windows with great view. The bedroom is on a loft above the bathroom to make optimal use af space. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can be converted into a double bed or two single beds. It’s possible to drive by the metro or bus directly to the center of Copenhagen in only 12 min. From the airport to the apartment by Metro in just 30 min. The Metro station is only 300 meter from the apartment.
