Quiet top-floor flat with a wide terrace overlooking the bay - the kind of view that makes you put your phone down. The space is simple, clean, and stocked with what you need for a short stay. The area is peaceful, but it’s just a 10-minute walk to town or a quick drive to the beaches. There’s also a scenic forest hike up to the abandoned village of Kayaköy. We live nearby and try to keep everything smooth, thoughtful, and low-key so you can enjoy your stay.

30 seconds from the beach with beautiful garden

A Well furnitured house with a beautiful garden that is less than 30 sec walk to the Çalış beach where is famous for sunset. You can have time at Çalış beach, reach home in a minute to rest in a beautiful garden. There are nice cafes and restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The buses, taxi office and water taxi to Fethiye are very close to home that you can travel very easily! There is also a free car park opposite the house.
