Ο χώρος μου βρίσκεται σε ένα απόλυτα αιγαιοπελαγίτικο περιβάλλον, με υπέροχη θέα, ακριβώς πάνω από την παραλία της Αμπέλας και πολύ κοντά στο Μέγα Γιαλό (5' με όχημα/ 10' με τα πόδια, μέσω μονοπατιού). Είναι ένα πολύ ζεστό, άνετο και μοντέρνο σπίτι, φωτεινό και με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Είναι κατάλληλος χώρος για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες με παιδιά, αλλά και για ταξιδιώτες μόνους, που έχουν ατομικά ενδιαφέροντα. Διατίθεται χώρος στάθμευσης.

Σε απόσταση 700μ. βρίσκεται η οργανωμένη παραλία της Βάρης που μπορεί κάποιος να βρει διάφορα καφέ-μπαρ και εστιατόρια. Η κοσμοπολίτικη Ερμούπολη και το λιμάνι της απέχουν μόλις 5χλμ και το αεροδρόμιο της Σύρου 3χλμ.
