Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs. This home offers 1 king, 1 queen, 3 Twins, and a sofa to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It has central heat and air, and a full size washer and dryer and everything to throw in a load of laundry. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.
