A contemporary modern House boat with all the mod cons of a luxury flat, 10 min walk from Hampton Court Station which is 35 min into Waterloo, 20 min to Wimbledon . Studio with Kitchenette & Underfloor Heating.

This self-contained space is fitted with underfloor heating throughout. It’s only used for guests so the drawers and cupboards are mostly empty except for things for you to use – towels, spare blankets, cutlery, etc. The street is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. It’s less than 5 minutes to walk to the train stations - Forest Gate & Wanstead Park -and coffee shops. You can be at Oxford Circus in 35 minutes and in Shoreditch in 20.minutes. Please note there are no cooking facilities.

The Cabin Near Stansted Airport

For breakfast you have eggs, fresh milk, bread, and a variety of cereals, jams and spreads. With beautiful armchairs and a bistro table to eat, work or just sit back to enjoy the smart TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer, etc. Outside there is a small private garden too.

Guests also have use of a charming courtyard garden with comfortable seating.

Our house is close to Epping Forest e.g. 10 minute walk. 10minutes drive to the M25 and 10 minute drive to Loughton Central Line Tube. (Zone 6) Loughton High Street is a 20minute walk away or 5 minute drive with a variety of shops, cafes, restaurats and pubs.

I am offering a charming room on the ground floor of my home in the heart of the Walthamstow Village. There are two comfortable sofa beds, a small double (125 cm) and small single (82cm). There is a wet room with shower for your exclusive use. Three women share the house. We are all friendly and generally quiet. We are very close to historic buildings, the local history museum, restaurants and pubs, and the trendy Ravenswood Estate for drinking and entertainment.
