Disfruta de la sencillez de este alojamiento tranquilo y céntrico, a 10 minutos del strip y casinos , 10 min de el aeropuerto, 5 minutos de la UNLV y lo mejor de todo en un vecindario muy familiar, limpio y tranquilo y en solo un abrir y cerrar de ojos estarás en las más emocionantes atracciones de las ciudad! Es una vivienda adjunta a la residencia principal, con privacidad y totalmente independiente. Una recámara principal con cama doble, un sofa cama en la sala, baño independiente y cocina.

It is surrounded by a backyard oasis including views of pool, large pine trees, and nature. Guests will have their own private access, private small yard, and parking space. The home sits in a quiet cul de sac filled with nature sounds. We welcome pups, guest house has dedicated dog run area (pets must be approved by host).

P&Y Studio

Beautiful studio with its own private bath and parking. It is located in a quiet and safe community, only 8-10 min from Las Vegas Blvd. The studio count with a luxurious Queen size bed, a sofa bed, 55 inch TV, Wifi, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, silverware, cookware, rice cooker, Iron, hair dryer, washer and dryer and many other things for your comfort. It also include the main amenities. It is very close to shopping centers and food markets (including Walmart, Sam's club, etc).

Sun’s Vegas ABC Retreat

A guesthouse (casita) within a 1-acre compound that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium. The casita consists of 3 mini-suites (a bedroom with private full bathroom), a living/dining room, full kitchen, laundry and powder room. Common area outside of the guesthouse includes the pool, spa, exercise room, pickle-ball court, bocce court and patio with a gas and an electric BBQs. FOR NO SHARING OF COMMON AREAS—See Below.
