'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. As the sun goes down, a starlit canopy is unveiled for a magical evening. In the morning, wake up and dive straight into the sea for a refreshing swim!

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
