This is a little slice of Heaven… Your cabin has high bluff waterfront amazing views, overlooking the Salish Sea… It literally overlooks Freshwater Bay, Vancouver Island, & San Juan Islands, & Victoria BC. (Walking access is only 2 mi away). We are nestled in the middle of the gateway to Olympic National Park, and everything this area has to offer. We are only 10 miles from Port Angeles. And, we know you will enjoy and love your stay, "By the Sea".

The Owls Perch Treehouse ~Luxury Treetop Retreat~

A truly unique treehouse perched 30 feet high among the trees. This amazing structure is attached to 3 large cedars and 1 giant maple using advanced tree tabs that allow the trees to sway gently, providing a natural and immersive experience. The large deck offers stunning views across the Salish Sea to the Mountains of Washington state. With all the modern amenities you could need, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind. Enjoy entertainment on two TVs (1 Blu-ray, 1 Wi-Fi), 50 dvds available, but note there's no dishwasher, and Wi-Fi and cell service may be INTERMITTENT.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. Tools and materials are kept out of sight, but you may notice some unfinished details. Due to continued progress, appearance may vary.

The main cabin features a new queen bed, a spacious work desk, and a cozy loft bed with a reading nook. The second cabin includes the kitchen, dining area, incinerator toilet, and shower.

From the shared patio, sit and enjoy your coffee or wine and look right down the Elwha Valley to the majestic Olympic Mountains with a view of the Elwha River and Mt. Carrie glacier. The Hiker's Cabin serves as an ideal base for daily excursions to explore Olympic National Park and local beaches. Walk directly from the Hiker’s Cabin onto trails leading into the park!

The Woodshed

Nestled among towering trees in Jordan River, BC, Woodshed is a serene wellness retreat designed for rest and renewal. River House is a 2672sf home on a high bank above the Elwha River across from the Olympic National Park. A deck with a barbeque and a hot tub has views of the River and mountains.
