This 550 sqft. home is located on a quiet residential street. Driveway has room for 2 cars, plenty of street parking. Can accommodate up to 4 people, couch can make out into a bed. 15 min from the Eugene Airport. Pet Friendly, but the yards are not fenced. We are close to a park to walk your dogs. All will enjoy the surrounding natural view, along with the various wild birds. On a lucky day the Spencer Creek Elk herd will make an appearance. Quick travel to fine food, great adult beverages, and Univ. of Oregon Ducks athletic events. Midway between the Coast and the mountains (1 hr each).

Orchard Cottage

Welcome to the cottage in the country! A lovely spot to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet. This spot is within 10 minutes of the Eugene airport, and 10 minutes of downtown Eugene, it's the perfect in-between! We offer free wifi, Roku TV, and Netflix. We have a large fenced in area for dogs and the wetlands across the street for bird viewing or walking. This spot is a great outdoor getaway or stopping point during travels.
