Die neuwertige Wohnung ist ländlich modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Frasdorf liegt zu Füßen der Chiemgauer Berge, eingebettet in die sanften Hügel des Voralpenlandes. Nur acht Kilometer vom Chiemsee und Simssee entfernt. Zentral zwischen München und Salzburg und fernab von Hektik und Stress und das zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Wir haben ein kleines aber feines Appartement in einer sehr ruhigen Einheimischen Wohngegend von Oberndorf neu renoviert, und für euch hübsch und praktisch eingerichtet. Ideale Lage zum Schi fahren und Wandern. Das Schigebiet St.Johann, Kitzbühel ist schnell erreichbar. Durch den Separaten Eingang seit ihr vollkommen unabhängig. Auch ein Parkplatz sowie W-lan ist vorhanden. Ideal für 2 Personen mit 1 Schlafzimmer und für 4.Pers. gibt es zusätzlich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnküche

Die Altstadt, der Kaiserlift, ein kostenloser Skishuttle (im Winter) sind ebenfalls in Fußnähe. Die Wohnung bietet gemütlichen Komfort: Essen auf dem Balkon, im Garten die Seele baumeln lassen, ein Nickerchen in der Hängematte, Grillen während das Kind in der Sandkiste spielt, höhenverstellbarer Arbeitsplatz, oder ein Netflix-Film bei schlechtem Wette? Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses, hat ca. 45m und besteht aus, Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Duschbadewanne, Abstellraum, Garderobe, 2 Balkone. Sehr ruhige Lage mitten im Grünen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sind mit Lehm verputzt, dies führt zu einem angenehmen Raumklima. Die Wohnung wurde 2008 komplett neu errichtet und hat Fussbodenheizung. Passend für 2 Personen, eventuell 3, 3. Bett ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich.

Der Bauernhof liegt in ruhiger Alleinlage. Auf dem Hof gibt es nur zwei Ferienwohnungen und auch ein paar Islandpferde und Schafe haben hier ihr Zuhause. Hier kann man entspannt seinen Urlaub genießen, egal ob im Winter mit den unzähligen Wintersportmöglichkeiten oder im Sommer mit etlichen Wandermöglichkeiten und Badeseen. Die SkiWelt ist in 2 Min mit dem Auto zu erreichen, oder man geht 400 Meter zu Fuß startet seinen Skitag direkt auf der Abfahrt.

cosy flat with view to the "Skiwelt Hartkaiser". The bright flat is located on the first floor with 2 bedrooms, livingroom with small kitchen, bath with bathtup and a balcony. Start hiking directly from the flat, or take the free local bus directly in front of the house. A parking spot for a car is also included. (local tax is included in the price) On request there is the possibility of accommodating a 5th person on a pull-out bed.

Alpen Chalet mit Sauna und traumhaftem Bergblick

Das traumhaft schöne, luxuriös ausgestattete Chalet wurde 2017 im Tiroler Alpenstil mit viel Altholz erbaut. Das Haus liegt 10 Minuten von der Bergdoktor Praxis entfernt auf einem Hochplateau über dem Ort Ellmau mit einem einzigartigen Blick in den Wilden Kaiser. Im Winter bringt der Skibus (Haltestelle in 50m Entfernung) die Gäste in 5 Minuten zum Skigebiet Ellmau. Zurück geht's mit den Skiern bis zum Haus.
