The house is located in a cul-de-sac, just a 10 minute walk from the beach. There's plenty of space with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and a covered outdoor patio. Your 4-legged family members are also welcome. The property is fully fenced, we just request they are kept outside to help maintain the house to a high standard. Your cottage is entirely self-contained on a beach front block at Dundowran Beach. Pet friendly with a modern kitchen, bathroom/laundry, spacious living area and verandah. Your view is of the cottage garden at the front of our property. Our block is a half acre with a good distance between our house and the cottage for privacy. 10 minutes drive into Hervey Bay.
