The list of activities are endless including sitting on the deck or by the fire pit watching the view go by. That view has been said to be The best view in the Blue Ridge. House by the River

Guest suite is the entire front portion (approx 1000 sq ft) of our home. There are no shared interior spaces. Guest suite consists of 2 large bedrooms, living room, foyer, and large bathroom. Both bedrooms have large closets, TV, and new mattresses in 2024. Dedicated workspace and electric fireplace in front bedroom. Large living room with (non operational) fireplace and large TV. All 3 Tvs with Netflix, Hulu, Disney etc and high speed wifi. Large foyer with microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig.

This 1 bedroom cozy bungalow can sleep up to 4 with a queen pull out sofa. Located in the Heart of Yadkin Valley surrounded by Vineyards, Breweries, antique shopping. Please let us know if you need the sofa bed made up for you. Yes we are Dog friendly. NO CATS!! YOU MUST add your pet to your reservation, there is a 50.00 pet fee. Don't not leave pets unattended.

The house is adjacent to our primary residence. A previous owner used the home for a doll collection, with some sold to the Smithsonian. The home is walking distance to quaint downtown Elkin, where there are wineries, a brewery, restaurants, and Oct. 2017 the Reeves theater opens as a music venue. We would love to host you in this charming historic home, known to our family as "Grannie's House". It was built in 1905 by my great-grandparents, and later converted to a duplex. This listing is for one side of the duplex. There is a shared parking area with the permanent resident of the other side of the duplex, but otherwise this listing is completely private- no shared interiors.
