This is a charming and modern recently renovated home, a short 7 minute drive from the Sonoma Plaza/downtown. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and Arnold Drive, a fast thoroughfare in Sonoma Valley. Farm Cottage With Private Pool

*NOTE: the pool is solar heated and is only open JUNE 1- OCTOBER 31. Private, quiet, peaceful family or couple-friendly rustic farm cottage, wine country retreat with a private pool minutes away from wineries, like Schug, Gloria Ferrar, Viansa, Ram's Gate and Sonoma town square. Solar-heated pool is open June-October. We are locked in by three dead-end roads, so it's very quiet. Large deck, large pool patio, kids' play structure, and more. Horses are our neighbors and life slows down here.

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. Wisteria Garden is a charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage located less than three miles from the Sonoma Square. This is a no-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed in the house or on the property. The TV service we use is Roku with at least 3 of : Netflix, Apple+, Disney, HBO, and Showtime. Sonoma County has the following regulations in place: Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM No amplified music outside. TOT #: 2694N Maximum occupancy is four adults and children.
