This quiet apartment has a king sized bed, full bath with bathtub, a kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge, sink, dishes etc. There is a desk/ dedicated work space and Wifi. A TV, love seat and coffee table. A private neighborhood walking trail one block away that goes to a pond. Free on site parking. Coded door entry. Provided toiletries and snacks. And sunset view.

A-Frame Country Cabin

A-frame cabin is situated on a 5-acre rural property just beyond the city limits - it is a detached mother-in-law suite, located 200 ft from our main residence. The cabin includes a loft w/a queen-sized bed, a single pullout couch, & a mini kitchen. It faces eastward, away from the mountains. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful countryside retreat, note that access to the bedroom is via a spiral staircase, and the property is serviced by well water. Owner maintained & operated.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.
