There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. There is a fee for access to the Tahoe, keys amenities, including private beach, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sports courts and playground . Kitchen is newely renovated and well appointed. Master bedroom, overlooks waterway behind the house and the Sierra mountains. The second and third bedrooms has a private deck with water views, as well as views of heavenly ski resort.
