We have in-law unit on street level with one full bathroom, small bedroom with one comfy queen bed, tv, wi-fi, separate living area with kitchenette, microwave, medium size refrigerator, coffee maker, and single bed for 3rd person. The space has standard 8ft ceilings, plenty of natural light with 6 full size windows and a patio space in our lovely garden. Amenities include Roku TV, kitchenette appliances but not a full kitchen. The Queen bed and the full size sofa bed can sleep a family of 4. Easy walk to public transit, restaurants, shops and parks.

Cozy flat in safe, quiet residential neighborhood. 10-minute walk to N. Berkeley BART, .9 miles to NW corner of campus, close to restaurants & shops downtown, on Fourth St., Solano Ave., College Ave., just about everything you need. Please don't book if you have allergies to cats! They don't go downstairs now but used to. Please don't make a reservation for someone else. Airbnb doesn't permit it, and it has caused problems when I've allowed it!
