This beautiful 2 bedroom, 969 square foot villa is located just inside the entrance of Gran Sueño. It is one of 20 villas and suites on the property. It offers guests the most privacy with all the amenities of the resort. This Villa welcomes you with a living room and kitchenette where you can prepare meals if you like. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Location: We are about an hour south and east of the LaPaz airport. Flights to LaPaz are common and transportation to the estate can be arranged. Cabo San Lucas International airport is just 2.5 hours south of the estate and offers more travel days/times than LaPaz. Transportation can be arranged from Cabo also. Both airports offer rentals cars and the drive is quite and relaxing. Los Planes is the closest town is located about 20 minutes from the estate. Here you can purchase basic supplies. Beach: We have about 1.5 miles of soft white sandy beach. It feels like you are the only person to have ever set foot on this part of the world. The walk out to the sea is a gradual descent into the clear blue water. The sea is calm and you don't have to worry about the current or undertow as there really isn't one. If your back is to the estate and you are facing the Sea of Cortez, there is a coral reef just to the right and on the far left (about 1.5 miles away) is a boat ramp. You can catch the sunrise every morning over the beach and sea. It is a peaceful way to start your morning with your cup of coffee. Snorkeling: The reef located just to the right of the property is home to a wide variety of tropical fish. The reef under the sea is full of color. You won't get bored and see something new every day. So bring your mask and fins for a jaw-dropping experience! Kayaking/SUP: Since the Bay of Dreams is so tranquil, it makes for a great place to take out our kayaks or stand-up paddle boards. The gentle waves make for a smooth ride and you will practically have the bay to yourself expect for the meandering pelicans. If you want to add more memorable experiences to your stay, our concierge service will help set up spa services, kiteboarding, water sports and deep-sea fishing. Kite Boarding: La Ventana is a 40 minute drive and known for its amazing Kite Boarding. You can see 100's of kite boards in the water at once. Make this a day trip and sign up for kite boarding lessons, rent a board and grab some lunch before heading back to the estate. Fishing: This area is known for its sport fishing. Some species are catch and release and others allow you to take your haul home. Fishing in the Sea of Cortez is year-round. Some species you can fish for depending on the time of year: Marlin, Sailfish, Dorado, Tuna, Wahoo, Roosterfish, Cabrilla and Amberjack/Yellowtail. Gran Sueño features the Centro de Trenes Restaurant: An amazing indoor/outdoor dining experience. They have games and tiered swimming pools that look out onto the bay. Centro de Trenes is a spacious event center with a full-service bar and restaurant with fresh salsa and the catch of the day. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The margarita's are lip smacking and the food is spectacular. The real luxury of Gran Sueño is its privacy, and its natural, restorative energy. The estate is warm and inviting, the staff is welcoming and you will be planning your next trip before your toes leave the sand! THE HILL HOUSE -Sea and Mountain views-

Perched on the mountain, the hill house with king size bed has three large windows and view deck that look out over the desert valley and the National Marine Park. The house is located at the end of a road which ads to the peaceful and quiet character of Cabo Pulmo, but is close enough and within a 10 minute walking distance to dive shops, restaurants and hiking trails. This unit has Starlink. The house is not set up for parties, loud music and children under 12 years old. Parking is on site.

Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.
