Enjoy a fireplace, hot tub, comfy queen size bed, private deck with a fire table, outdoor shower, firepit on your own island, incinerating indoor toilet, AC, and wifi.

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

This is an upper apartment in an owner occupied house off Hertel Avenue in wonderful North Buffalo. We are steps from restaurants, bars, boutiques and grocery stores.
