Secluded, Spacious Edisto Beach Walk Home "Chaika"

The Chaika is a lovely house on a secluded lot at the end of a street with no other house adjacent and no thru traffic. Beautiful live oak in front gives a nice view out the glassed-in porch. Only a short 5-minute walk to the beach on a rarely-used sandy drive. 5-minute drive to St. Helena sound for calmer waters and great beach combing. Chaika means "seagull" in Russian - read the owner bio for info on why that name. A great house for families and friends to connect! And we are pet friendly.

Otter Escape is perfectly located on a quiet cul-de-sac only 450 steps from the beach. Our home is spacious inside and out. Main floor master has a king bed, master bath with shower and soaking tub. Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a private bath and a TV in each bedroom. Open space living and dining area join a fully stocked kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the lulling sounds of the ocean while deer watching on both the front and back decks.

The Rooney Bin at Edisto

AUGUST SALE!!!! Check the calendar! Small pets allowed with fee. 3BR+Loft / 2.5 Bath -one block from our lovely beach access. The Rooney Bin has a spacious floor plan to all the extras that will make a lovely reminder that you are at the beach. There is a picnic area under the house with a picnic table, fan, rocking chairs and two swings to enjoy. Minimum age for renter: 25 ALL LINENS INCLUDED.
