Guests are welcome to wander around the extensive garden with its lake, magnificent old redgums and exotic trees as well as over 1000 roses. We have hopefully created a little oasis where you can relax and enjoy your time at our place whether it's an overnighter or a longer stay to enjoy all that on offer in the area. You will probably have a visit from Jasper our kelpie who is a 'wanna-be sheepdog' and is totally obsessed with our two chooks. Our farm is over the fence.

The township of Nangwarry offers a licensed convenience store, road house, and post office.

The Black Horse Inn - Coleraine

Built c 1854 as a coaching station, an addition was built in c1876 - this section is now available for guests. The apartment sleeps up to 4 adults with a queen sized bed in a separate bedroom, as well as a very comfortable queen sized sofa bed in the huge lounge area. There is a fully equipped kitchen also full separate laundry. There is an electric 'log fire' heater as well as split systems in both the lounge and bedroom. Free wifi and built-in USB charger.

A charming, heritage listed property situated in the heart of Penola. Built by Alexander Cameron in 1869, it is within walking distance to the Main Street of Penola, giving easy access to restaurants, hotels, cafes and the historical Petticoat Lane. The cottage backs onto a family friendly town square, playground and public pool with plenty of room for your children to play. Dogs are welcome - larger dog owners please note that the fence is only 90cm high.

On the edge of Rocklands Reservoir, 4 bedroom home

On the far side of the Grampians, nestled in stringy bark bushland on the edge of Rocklands sits Yangoora. Once home to farmers, bee keepers, rose growers and tree changers, now yours to enjoy. Settle on the deck as the red necked wallabies shyly appear and native birds splash and natter in the coolness of the birdbath. Kayak the clear water, try your hand at catching a fish or wander the dirt track to explore and be captivated by the bush.

The Shed Bed

The Shed Bed is situated in natural bush. It is peaceful and private. The Shed Bed is small but clean and tidy. As you turn off Haynes-Edwards Road, our track winds through native bushland. Keep going up the drive to the house, not going left to the sheds, the Shed Bed on the left of the house. We have a pup called Cobber. He is a great pup, but he can be boisterous. Let us know if you aren't keen on dogs and then we can tie him up.

Silverburn Cottage, Hamilton

Silverburn Cottage is a gorgeous, self-contained cottage on 2 acres of gardens within Hamilton township. Luxury linen, Nespresso machine, aircon, heating, full laundry facilities all within a beautifully decorated interior. The cottage has total privacy and overlooks the golf course. There is a separate entrance and plenty of room for parking.
