We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Pebbles is a private annexe at our home in Pett Level, a haven of quiet and calmness. You’ll be only five minutes walk from an amazing beach. Surrounded by fabulous countryside and cliff top walks, 2 local pubs in the village of Pett, 5 minutes car ride or a lovely 1/2 hour walk away over the hills. There is a bright lounge with french doors overlooking the garden, wet room, double bedroom and fully fitted kitchen. The garden is secluded and peaceful . The beautiful town of Rye is 5 miles away.

Great pubs, walks, the Downs, Glyndebourne, Charleston, Firle, Farley Farm all approx. 10 mins. Designed as a creative workspace, there's no TV but good WiFi: no streetlights, lots of stars.

Bexhill offers restaurants, galleries, antique shopping and strolls on the beach, all within walking distance. The Arthouse is 5 minutes walk away from the iconic De La Warr Pavilion with regular art exhibitions, comedians and musicians. The location is perfect to explore the Sussex countryside and neighbouring towns.

Snug Victorian Cottage in Heart of Alfriston Village

My house has been described as light and "cosy". It is filled with books, art and interesting things - it is very much a home from home, and not a holiday let. In the winter there is a log burner, in the summer a sunny flint walled garden. Nestled within the South Downs National Park this medieval village has independent and quirky shops, lots of choices of where to eat. Walks to enjoy - nearby is the sea, forest, vineyards, Downs or riverside. London 2 hours by car, 90 mins by train.

Stylish self contained annexe with parking

The Old Town Annexe is a 12 minute stroll to the Historic Hastings Old Town and is on the cusp of the beautiful Hastings Country Park with it's wonderful walks and breathtaking views. The Annexe is self contained and benefits from off road parking, accessed via a pathway, and its own outdoor area with bistro table and seating. Internally there is a private bathroom with shower over bath, tea and coffee making facilities, milk and breakfast cereals, fridge, double bedroom and a sofa bed.

Escape to the Sea

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Cosy and functional self contained brand new build studio at end of large garden with sea views. Just a 5-10 minute walk from the nearby beach. Excellent travel links (rail and bus), beautiful cycle routes immediately accessible. This is a purpose built space with very comfy king size bed, private bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Kitchenette area with sink, fridge, 2 ring hob and microwave with oven and grill. Electric heating, freeview TV. On road parking available.

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area.
