Kingfisher enjoys a riverside setting located directly on the Coleridge Way, nestled in a valley between The Quantocks AONB and Exmoor National Park, Kingfishers & Otters reside on the river. Ideally suited to guests who like nature, the countryside and walking, there are no nightclubs. The West Somerset Heritage Steam Railway can be seen from the hut and is accesible. Kingfisher is located privately screened in our large garden surrounded by farmland and countryside. We welcome friendly guests

Tucked away in a peaceful location, this new open plan conversion was finished in September 2019. Completed to a high standard, this cosy space provides an idyllic hideaway. Stockland and Steart Marshes can be accessed immediately opposite the Snug and the coast is five minutes drive away. Ideal for country walks, cycling and bird watching. A selection of walks to explore are provided by the owners. Ample parking and use of owners tranquil garden for relaxation. Perfect escape for couples.

“Clifftop lodge “ is a luxury stay on top of the cliffs. It’s very secluded and private with an enclosed garden.The uninterrupted views from this spectacular lodge are breathtaking. Looking through the windows or sitting on the decking you can see right across the sea to the Welsh coastline. This stay will leave you relaxed to unwind, along with having quality time with your family. Enjoy a lovely glass of wine around the indoor log burner, or roasted marshmellows on the outdoor firepit/BBQ.

“Pippins” A cosy fully self-contained luxury cabin

Luxury shepherds hut, en-suite shower room & wood burner, set in an orchard. We run a licensed riding school, Red Park Equestrian Centre, & have many friendly horses & ponies. A fully self contained unit, well equipped - full size fridge, icebox, two ring hob, smart tv, wifi & a cosy bed. There is outdoor space with picnic bench & a wood fired pizza oven. Be aware there can be noise from a playground. You are within walking distance of the village with wonderful pubs, eateries & takeaways.

Farm View is located in Sampford Brett - a quintessential English village between Exmoor National Park, the Quantock Hills & Somerset's coast. It provides bright spacious accommodation and is fitted to a high standard with comfy beds, fitted carpets, modern bathroom & country pine furniture. Central heating keeps the property snug and warm even in the depths of winter. Outside there are spacious grounds with a swimming pool (May-Sept), trampoline and climbing frame. 7kW Type 2 EV charger.

Complete privacy with wood fired hot tub and outdoor shower. Full plumbed bathroom by July 2025. A huge deck and swing from which to watch the wildlife and the sunset. Waking distance to dog friendly award winning gastro- pub and direct access onto the hills - ideal for walkers, cyclists and dog owners. Quirky, rustic, peaceful and beautiful.

A luxury Shepherd's Hut with the unique bonus of a separate spacious heated snug for exclusive use. Both in a private, south facing walled garden, on our working farm. An amazing base for walking, cycling or driving to the beach & Quantock hills. The handcrafted hut has everything you need with handmade kitchen, bathroom, fabulously comfy double bed and a sofa. On the stone flagged terrace is a wood-fired jacuzzi hot tub and al fresco seating for dining with a firepit and grill.

Nestled here, in the heart of Somerset, seated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the historic, peaceful and quaint village of Nether Stowey. The Cottage is surrounded by stunning countryside walks, the beautiful 'Coleridge Way' and The National Trusts own 'Coleridge Cottage' in celebration of the English Poet Samuel Taylor Coleridge.

The Roost is a unique 1 bed property nestled within the Quantock Hills (AONB). Its tranquil secluded setting has far reaching and panoramic views over the Brendon Hills and Exmoor. A stones throw away from the Roost are extensive bridal and footpaths onto the Quantock Hills, where you can enjoy a number of activities all surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and picturesque views.
