It's a family home, fully centrally heated and comfortable. Expect mismatched crockery & imperfection! It's a steep drive up to the house & steps to the beach (although you can go around the drive way) so not suitable for all

A unique, close-to-nature bungalow on a private road between the sea and a large lake, next to the world-famous RSPB Snettisham bird reserve. Beautiful lake side plot that provides fishing all around the multiple lakes on the site. Very family orientated with lots to do in the day and evening entertainment for both adults and children . Close to Mablethorpe centre and beach, only a 5 minute drive away. The caravan its self is cated with a fully equipped kitchen and utensils, plastic cutlery and plates etc for children. Lots of toys and dvds, high chair, toilet seat and stool and a travel cot and mattress.
