The basement has a washer and dryer, cozy TV area, bar area, fridge, bathroom, games, cards, and office/game room. This is not a party house! Please NO use of curry when cooking.

NO SMOKING of any kind are allowed. IF YOU Would smoke, you will be fine $500.
