The apartment is in an ideal location to discover Exeter and offers a relaxing space to explore from. The Studio space is one room with a double bed and sofa bed. There is unfortunately no private parking but Bystock car park two mins away is free overnight .

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Cricketers View is a well presented self catering lower ground floor apartment within a grade II Famous Georgian Terrace situated in a prime position opposite the Esplanade and within a two minutes walk to the town centre shops, restaurants and amenities. We are located in the heart of Uffculme, a pretty village with a pub, a café, fish and chip bar and two local shops. The area is great for dog walking, hiking, fishing and cycling with the river Culm close by. Uffculme is close to M5 junction 27 and mid distance between Exeter and Taunton with a nearby rail link at Tiverton Parkway.
