Enjoy your stay in San Diego in this newly renovated guesthouse. Centrally located about a mile from Hwy 8, Hwy 125, and the Grossmont Trolley Station & Transit Center. Only a 15-20 minute drive to downtown, the airport, the beaches, and most of San Diego's other popular tourist attractions. This cozy, two-story, detached unit is located behind my home, and has its own private entrance and partitioned yard for your enjoyment. There's plenty of street parking directly in front of the house.

Sit & enjoy the large patio right off the entryway to the house. I have been told our home used to be a chicken coop in the 50-60's. It is far different now, we just finished a complete remodel. The highlight of the property is a lovely flagstone patio complete with an outdoor gas firepit and a custom cedar bar. At night, we turn on four strands of beautiful bistro lights that give a great view of the gardens. Enjoy nearby hiking, biking, and birding in the Cleveland National Forest.
