The cosy living room features a wood-burning stove, enhancing the warm cottage atmosphere. Christmas decorations go up the first week of December but can be arranged earlier on request. St. Cuthbert’s Way, Melrose Abbey & the Eildon Hills are a short walk away. The open plan lounge/kitchen is well-equipped while the ensuite open plan bedroom is cosy with a bright bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a small private direct access courtyard garden at the rear.

This cosy country cottage is set on a beautiful farm in the Scottish Borders but is only 30miles south of Edinburgh and 15 minutes from amenities and historical attractions in local towns. Legerwood Farm has been in the family for 4 generations. This cottage was lived in by Mrs Moll, the farm's dairy woman in the 1950's. It has been lovingly restored into a cosy country cottage, perfect for a small family or a romantic get away but has all the home comforts needed for a comfortable stay.
