Easily accessed with a keypad, as well as an internal locking door for extra security (although it's a very safe neighborhood). The perfect escape within Los Angeles. Oh, and no over the top checkout-chores.. You enjoy your stay, we'll take care of the dirty dishes.

This is a serene, solar powered studio guesthouse surrounded by a flowering native garden (with veggies too) with full kitchen, set on 1/2 acre property - walking distance to Occidental College and York Blvd bars, shops & restaurants. We are 1 block from Highland Park (NELA)! Vintage appliances in the kitchen with a bathroom/shower as well as an outdoor shower set beneath a fruit filled Pomegranate tree.

The studio is ideal for an individual or couple. It is detached from the main house, with its own entrance and keypad lock.

A beautiful Mid Century home with fantastic views! We even have a view of the "Rock" (Eagle Rock)! Your entry is private and you'll have your own deck. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave (no stove), toaster-oven and Nespresso. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and grocery stores! Lots of street parking right in front of our home... no permits required! We also have guest-suite with a private bedroom - "Eagle Rock Guest Room with a View" listed on Airbnb.
