Old Town Villa is a private villa situated in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Durres city, 500 km from the city center. The area is well served with many restaurants, coffee bars, supermarkets, shops and boutiques. The room is situated at the first floor of a private villa, where at the second floor is situated another private room. At the entrance hall the guests can enjoy some coffee or tea offered by the host. Also, the guests can have access to free private parking upon request.

Importante per noi è la sicurezza per questo è stato installato un sistema di video sorveglianza e un sistema anti fumo. Il nostro punto forte?! ‐La pulizia. 😉
