This restored seaside guest cottage is an ideal getaway place for couples. Wake up to the sound of the ocean's waves, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets in the private hot tub overlooking the Bay of Fundy. Take the stairs to the beach to beachcomb for treasurers. Prepare your own meals or enjoy a meal next door at the Halls Harbour Lobster Pound Restaurant. A great place to use as home base while exploring the Annapolis Valley, hiking to Cape Split or visiting the many local breweries and wineries.

Welcome to our cottage located just 1 hour north of NYC! It is nestled into 2.7 acres of beautiful gardens, mossy groves, and lovely woods. Nature abounds: The property abuts the 4000 acres of the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation. A trailhead begins right across the driveway. The cottage is equipped with a stone fireplace, spacious kitchen, living room area, table for dining and working, and a sleeping loft. During the summer, a private salt water pool is available.

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. We are 10 minutes from Picton Main Street. The loft is 1,200 square foot open concept space with a full coffee station and a cooks kitchen. We live in a quiet street in the country close to town and vineyards, breweries and cider houses.
