We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Our pet friendly property has been fully renovated, and includes a fenced in area for your dog and chairs to enjoy the sunset views. The well designed kitchenette, living room, bathroom, and washer/dryer are everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The apartment is the lower floor of our home, and my family and I live upstairs in a separate unit.

The House was built and styled around a painting the owner Mr. Thomas created at the ceremony he attended in the Dalai Lama's temple in Dharmsala India in 1980!
