El Durancho is a unique home convenient & close to everything in Durango. 3 min. drive to downtown, or hit the river trail steps away from the front door. Located in a commercial area. Neighboring the best BBQ around, PuttPutt, Durango Harley Davidson, a dispensary and many other walk to eateries. Not the quietest but fun! Fishing, biking, rafting, BMX, hiking/mtb. trails, breweries, restaurants the list goes on, welcome to Durango. Large lit private outside area w/ dining table and grill.

We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Remote 300 sq ft solar powered cabin in the ponderosa forest 7 miles from the town of Mancos by Mancos State Park. Great place to stay in the area while on your trip to the southwest or Mesa Verde National Park. A pleasant place for guests who want to unplug, relax, and enjoy a rustic outdoor wilderness experience. Great trails for hiking, bird watching, cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

The Garden Home is less than 4miles north of downtown, with a park like setting on an acre of land. The home features AC, deck, HOT TUB, BBQ grill, and fire pit, all for personal use. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!

This in-town farmhouse-themed condo has 1 bedroom with a King bed, and a loft bedroom with queen bunk beds. After receiving guest feedback, the King Size bed has recently been replaced! The Ferringway condo complex is close to downtown and all of the Durango area amenities. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub and pool shared by the complex. This is a second story unit (no overhead noise). The wood-fireplace is cozy for fall and winter.
