Nestled into 11 acres of ponderosa pines, Durango Basecamp Cabin provides you the serenity of mountain living combined with the ease of accessing all that Durango has to offer in 10min. The Loft encompasses a cozy mountain cabin feel with modern updates and easy access to some of Southwest Colorado's best attractions. Marked trails weave around the property for early morning coffee walk or a moonlit snowshoe - courtesy snowshoes are available for guests. Deer frequent the property as well.

Strawbale Cottage

Staying in a Strawbale home is a special experience! The thick adobe walls create a cozy and warm feeling that a traditional stick built home just can’t. Enjoy the vaulted ceilings, heated floors, new appliances and natural sunlight. Backyard, fire pit and gas grill as well as outdoor eating space. The view from the kitchen looks out on a private pond and local historic (retired) Rio Grande Railroad bridge. Some scenes from the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were shot by this bridge!

The Red Earth Palace Retreat

An architectural gem with private access to natural hot springs in the Rio Grande Gorge Park. A living and breathing piece of art on fifteen private acres nestled amongst junipers trees, pinon and sage brush, offering sweeping views of the surrounding valley. Sustainably built with cast earth walls, corrugated metal roof, radiant heat, and Japanese style mahogany wood work, plus all the amenities and comforts of a modern home. The Garden Home with a Private Hot Tub

The Garden Home is less than 4miles north of downtown, with a park like setting on an acre of land. The home features AC, deck, HOT TUB, BBQ grill, and fire pit, all for personal use. The main bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor and a spiral staircase leads to 2 additional bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. It's the perfect home for any season, come enjoy the garden beds in the summer or snuggle up by the fireplace in the winter. Bonus is that it's only 20min to Purgatory!

The Rio Suite is a private and all-inclusive suite inside of a larger 6,000 sq ft house. We are close to Downtown Durango with family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, close to the airport and endless adventures. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, comfy beds, and spacious atmosphere with total privacy if you want it. Crystal (matriarch of the fam) knows Durango inside and out! She's a native and loves people. We also have one indoor / outdoor cats named Chess.

This is our hobby farm, so we hope you like farm fresh eggs, fuzzy critters, and crisp mountain air.

Newer modern farmhouse "barndominium". Nested in the trees, this riverfront property is bright, open and private. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Durango where you can enjoy shopping, recreation and an abundance of local restaurants. However, you may find it hard to leave this cozy oasis. ***Please note: the main house on the 3 acre property is currently under construction with an addition. Prices have been adjusted for this inconvenience.

Amy’s Place

Welcome to our beautiful southwestern home with a view of open space and forest. You will be staying on the ground floor of a unique 2 unit home. A long term tenant lives upstairs in a separate apartment with a separate private entrance. Amy and Daniel are available remotely if you need anything during your stay. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
