You have your very own private outdoor area to BBQ or enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. Reverse cycle system inside to keep you comfortable during those hot summer days & cold wintery nights. You'll also have the enjoyment of a smart TV in both your bedroom and lounge area. Not to mention it's all been beautifully styled with our retro furniture and trinkets.

Koonga Maya adults only retreat in the Gunyulgup Valley amongst Jarrah and Marri trees overlooking the gully close enough to the crystal clear waters of Smiths Beach which you can hear in the winter months. Our shouse has a rustic homely charm with a relaxed feel after a day of exploring wining and dining. Close to the main residence however private and quiet. The space is for Adults only and no pets. Selection of tea coffee and small breakfast items included with fresh eggs from our chickens.

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The fully self contained Hacienda offers simple yet comfortable accommodation for 2 -3 adults or two adults and up to two children. The main bedroom has a king bed and bunk beds. Set at the back of our property, surrounded by native bush it has its own driveway and parking and is only 5 min walking distance to Dunsborough's town centre and another 5 minutes to the beach.
