Arrive at the wonderful space we have created for a peaceful relaxing stay. Sit on the deck or in the spa, enjoy the sunset and private farm views with a glass of wine listening to the bird song. The space includes a kitchen, two TVs, warm and inviting living area. Separate bedroom with a comfy queen bed. A sofa bed is available for a third guest or sleeping separate. Breakfast includes milk, cereal, fruit, tea and coffee and some lovely farm fresh eggs. Check in via a lock box-flexible.

We're only 30 minutes from the centre of Christchurch, about 1 hour to Porters Ski Area or Mount Hutt or 15 minutes from The National Equestrian Centre at McLeans Island. This is a family lifestyle property. We have horses, alpacas, kunekune pigs, chickens and dogs. Bring your horse. There is grazing with easy access and parking for trucks and floats. A private garden is also part of the quiet countryside accommodation.

This stand alone cottage which is centrally located in Rolleston, is an ideal place to stopover between the bottom and top of the South Island or a couple wanting to see the sights of Selwyn. Leeston Cottage

5 minutes from the beach; the mouth of the Rakaia River, a well known salmon fishing site; and Lake Ellesmere Waihora; on a working farm growing saffron, walnuts and forestry. There are plenty of friendly animals and maybe a freshly laid egg for breakfast. 45-50 minutes drive south from Christchurch city, 10 minutes east of state highway 1. The nearby villages boast outlets for local arts, crafts and antiques, and a fine swimming pool for the many hot summer days.

Rest and Relax in Rolleston

Fully furnished 4 bdrm, 2 bath house. Come and relax, with high speed Fibre, a separate lounge with Smart TV, as well as a games rooms situated in the garage complete with a second Smart TV and pool table - allowing the children to have a break from the adults (or vice versa). Fully fenced property means this house is perfect for families with younger children. Our house is situated in the ever growing town of Rolleston, a quick 20 mins drive to the City centre.

Near Burnham (Military Camp), Rolleston, IZone and the Selwyn Equestrian Centre. Self contained (en suite) accomodation which is part of a professional equestrian facility (sadly there are no horses to ride; but you can bring your own). As this is a working equestrian facility you may hear life starting around 7:30am.
