Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.

Enjoy a spacious (100m2+), self-contained ground floor suite just minutes from St Clair Beach. Enjoy complete privacy with your own entrance, two double bedrooms, a full kitchen, full laundry, bathroom, and dedicated parking (secure garage). Our family (living upstairs) includes two Golden Retrievers, Summer (9) and Neo (11 months), who are incredibly gentle, well-trained, and love people! They will likely be playing in the garden and would be thrilled to receive a pat from dog-loving guests.

Charming Garden Apartment

Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.

Beautiful view of the city and harbour, and sunrise and sunsets A lovely garden and a deck looking out over the city, which guests are welcome to enjoy We welcome dogs but pre approval is required. Dogs must be toilet trained, well behaved and social. They must have their own bed/crate .they bring their own bedding or crates We have a secure, dog friendly back yard that our dog, Poppy, is happy to share Drive 6min to CBD or 1 min walk to the bus stop A 10min drive to beautiful Larnachs Castle

External access in Caversham

Large private room with queen bed, ensuite, external access and off street parking. There is a fold out table in the cupboard by the bed Close to town and Saint Clair esplanade with a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk to both. Quiet space and heated by a heatpump. There is wifi and a smart tv with Netflix. Caversham has a pub style restaurant, Night n Day, takeaway options and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 5 minute walk. There is a bus stop about a minute away from the house.

Peaceful and private with amazing views from bedroom lounge and bathroom! Ideal position to explore the beautiful Otago Peninsula!

Private Guest Suite, Close to City!

Space created in the downstairs area of our house. The area is completely self-contained - no sharing with anyone else! Lounge/bedroom with separate kitchenette and bathroom. Sunny and warm, with a heat pump for cooler days. Easy walking distance to the main street (George St), Supermarket and the Gardens. Very close to the University, Polytechnic and Stadium. The space is set up comfortably for 2 guests, however a third guest can be accommodated, by using the sofa bed.
